Welcome to 1Axium Outpatient Mental Health Therapy
We provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care to individuals seeking support and recovery. Our outpatient therapy program provides flexible and accessible treatment options for clients who wish to maintain their daily routines while receiving the support they need. This approach ensures ongoing care outside of an inpatient setting.
Individual Therapy
At 1Axium, LLC we provide tailored one-on-one counseling sessions designed to meet each client’s unique needs and challenges. Individual therapy offers personalized therapeutic support and is a highly recommended treatment for addressing mental health concerns.
Individual Treatment Planning
Our team works closely with each client to develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific strategies, goals, and interventions for their well-being journey. These plans are designed to support meaningful and lasting progress.
Group Therapy
We offer group therapy in a supportive community setting where clients can share their experiences, challenges, and successes. This fosters a sense of belonging, mutual understanding, and encouragement, creating a strong support network to enhance recovery and personal growth.
Family Therapy
At 1Axium, we believe in working with you and your family to help you through the current storm, equip you with the tools for the future, and strengthen the bonds within your family. If your family is struggling with external or internal factors, remember that you are never broken, only growing. Sometimes, that growth can feel stunted, and that’s when a professional family therapist can step in and help.
Couples Therapy
Like other forms of talk therapy, couples therapy aims to relieve people’s distress and improve their functioning in an important sphere of life. But unlike other forms of therapy, there are typically three parties in the room in addition to the psychotherapist. There is each of the partners in the couple, and there is the relationship itself. In a very dynamic high-wire act, the couples therapist impartially balances the needs and interests of all three.
Typically, couples seek therapy because they have conflicting points of view on the same experiences, and one or both partners is highly distressed. It’s not unusual for one partner to want therapy more than the other or feel more hopeful about it.
Depression & Grief
Do you constantly feel sadness and loss of interest, which stops you from doing normal daily activities? These are symptoms of depression. A mood disorder is a type of mental health condition where there is a disconnect between actual life circumstances and the person’s state of mind or feeling.
Anxiety/Panic Disorder/Life Transitions
Do you worry to the point that your mind can’t stop, and it is impacting your daily function? Feelings of fear, dread, and uneasiness that may occur as a reaction to stress. Someone with anxiety may sweat, feel restless, tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. Panic disorder is a mental and behavioral disorder, specifically an anxiety disorder characterized by reoccurring unexpected panic attacks.
Stress / Post Traumatic Stress
Do you have continuous stress or difficulty recovering after experiencing or witnessing a terrifying event? The condition may last months or years, with triggers that can bring back memories of the trauma accompanied by intense emotional and physical reactions. Symptoms may include nightmares or unwanted memories of the trauma, avoidance of situations that bring back memories of the trauma, heightened reactions, anxiety, or depressed mood.
Preventive & Wellness-Focused Therapy
Preventive and wellness-focused therapy is a proactive, holistic approach to mental health that emphasizes building resilience and maintaining well-being before a crisis occurs. Unlike traditional therapy, which often reacts to existing problems, this therapeutic model helps individuals develop skills and habits that protect their mental and emotional health over the long term.
