Scope of Work:
Purpose: Develop a Youth Residential Treatment and Education Facility in the District of Columbia for seriously emotional and behavioral challenged high school students. The project’s fiscal objective was to reduce per student residential and education fees paid to out-of-state facility operators. The project required extensive renovation of an existing structure to transform it into a 63-bed coed residential and school facility. The delivered facility was to be JACHO compliant, DC Department of Health and Mental Health certified, and Medicaid approved. This project met all requirements on time and within budget.
