Scope of Work:
Purpose: To establish an educational component responsive with an environment considered least restrictive for both residential and day school young people designed as seriously emotionally disturbed and Behaviorally challenged. The educational resource offered a curriculum fully equivalent to the regular school curriculum whose completion supported a high school diploma as opposed to a certificate of completion attendance which was the prevailing offering to the young people the Public School in IDEA component of the system.

Performance Objective/Require Results: A Middle States Association Approved Education Program, support and funded through the Charter School Legislation.
